Leveraging Your Previous Experience, We Will Enable You To
- Execute marketing campaigns and creative from creative brief development through concept evaluation to final execution
- Partner with internal and external teams to ideate, source and fulfill unique Benefits only offered through Starbucks Odyssey, such as exclusive merch, content, and experiences
- Identify necessary metrics and analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Support team in building cross-channel, integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase member engagement
- Present performance reporting and recommendations post-campaign
- Manage key workstreams to deliver business objectives within desired timelines through a customer first lens
- Engage in large cross functional teams to develop go to market plans in partnership with seasonal marketing teams and external partners
- Create presentations and supporting documents to facilitate communication across stakeholder teams
- 3-5 or more years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C.
- Ability to function effectively with ambiguity
- Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group. Ability to navigate and influence laterally and cross functionally
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively.
- Web3, NFT or digital innovation experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or Marketing required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Experience executing marketing plans across channels (paid, owned, in-store, etc.)
- Project management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously to independently drive projects/initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across a very matrixed organization as well as with external partners.
