About This Team
The Global Technology Enablement (GTE) Portfolio & Operations team enables technology delivery for Guest and Educator Technology Enablement, Global Supply Chain Technology, Data & Analytics, Insights and Machine Learning, People Enablement Technology, Finance & Inventory Systems and Global Architecture. This team is here to provide the GTE team access to the tools and information they need to do a great job and have a fulfilling career through portfolio management, financial management, workforce enablement, enterprise planning enablement and business operations.
a Day In The Life
You will be viewed as a strong enablement leader to support people and programs within GTE. You seek to understand the challenges our technology managers and program leaders have and drive to address them. With an eye for continuous improvement, you bring a strong focus to optimizing processes and technologies, while increasing quality and value of portfolio and operations capabilities.
  • Build and lead GTE portfolio standards, governance and COP
  • Lead portfolio optimization including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) rollout for Technology, and oversee project rollout and change management into GTE
  • Lead GTE or Technology wide projects and program delivery
  • Lead business operations of GTE including P&C hiring management, optimization of people processes (onboarding, communications, Pulse) and support workforce strategy conversations
  • Lead financial management processes and reporting and enable Strategic Planning and AOP activities
  • Create and manage organization scorecards, including corresponding analysis, reporting and action plans
  • Build, develop and lead people and teams through empathetic coaching, skills development, and career path leadership
  • Own and manage partnership and roadmap with P&C, FP&A and EBT, and contribute to Enterprise Planning COEs
Qualifications
  • Experience working with with Jira, PowerBI
  • Proven experience with a focus on operations management within high growth companies
  • Experience with and/or certifications in continuous improvement, change management preferred
  • 3+ years in Portfolio Manager or PMO leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience in a people management role
  • 7+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience in technology
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred

Compensation And Benefits Package
For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $141,400 - $185,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
