- Build new programs and channel strategies to reach our partners
- Lead omni channels marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and reporting
- Lead brand and content strategy across existing channels to drive increased engagement with partners
- Work cross-functionally to develop traditional and non-traditional marketing and communications tactics
- Help to build a new function; implement new systems and process for a team in high growth mode
- Strategically incorporate brand narratives, brand promise and pillars across all communication channels
- Functional brand, digital and content marketing expertise - Progressive experience in marketing strategy development, communications planning, and implementation.
- Strategic planning experience within the marketing function in a large scale corporate or agency environment – 8-10 years
- Problem solving and creative thinking - Ability to think creatively. Ability to problem-solve and drive towards resolution. Ability to evaluate creative and marketing programs against strategy.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience leading and/or facilitating cross-functional or organizational groups. Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group and recognizes the importance of solid relationships.
- Project and process management skills - Ability to manage time and budget effectively, including balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to identify or implement systems and process improvements.
- Strong communicator - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross functional teams. Consistently uses communications and presentation skills to influence outcomes. Ability to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion.
- Fostering creative excellence – Provide creatives teams with the equipment and insight they require to develop world-class advertising and marketing initiatives that live up to the Starbucks standard.
- Change management - Ability to work in a changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience with marketing campaign management and project management – 7+ years
