About This Team
The People Enablement Technology team is committed to enabling seamless, best in class experiences for our global workforce.
a day in the life
The Systems Analyst analyzes technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. Coordinates with engineering/systems team to develop the most cost-effective solution for small to medium efforts.
  • Works to ensure application availability and identify SLAs for operational readiness
  • Supports communication for application/system deployment
  • Defines minimum feature set and user acceptance criteria
  • Applies increasing knowledge in system features and technology standards
  • Assists in testing and participates in test phases prior to UAT
  • Takes in requirements from business analysts and documents technical requirements
  • Performs troubleshooting and investigates root cause of production issues
  • Engages with engineers to design/configure solutions
  • Assesses configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
  • Updates technical specs based on testing, prioritized defects or post-release lessons learned
  • Documents technical solutions to identified problems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience with system/application implementation
  • Proven experience with application configuration
  • 3+ years systems analysis experience
  • Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation
  • 1-3 years HRIS systems analysis experience (ideally Workday, Dayforce)

Compensation And Benefits Package
For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $110,700– $145,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
