Position Summary -
As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our marketing team, leading the development and execution of strategies to promote products and services. Collaborate with teams, manage campaigns, and drive marketing objectives.
Responsibilities -
Expansion of Department’s Research and Analytics:
- Effective Communication: Translate findings into compelling presentations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Alloy, Stackline, Attest, Junglescout to make informed decisions for product launches and campaigns.
- Informed Strategies: To enhance strategies, stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry changes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent Marketing Team in cross-departmental surveys and research.
- Track, Analyze, Optimize: Monitor marketing performance, analyze influencer campaigns, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
- Survey Execution: Collaborate on consumer surveys, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Performance Dashboards: Maintain dashboards for easy tracking and reporting.
Partnership Network Management:
- Partner Database: Ensure the partner database is updated, and negotiate terms for growth.
- Collaboration Execution: Plan and execute influencer events and campaigns.
- Engagement Analysis: Analyze partnership engagement for future campaigns.
- Optimal Content Sharing: Identify top-performing content, and propose strategies for content sharing.
- Expand Network: Manage and grow influencer/partner network, exploring new categories.
- New Partnerships: Identify and secure new collaborations.
- Viral Content: Drive post-deployment strategies for virality.
Influencer Campaign Management:
- Strategic Collaboration: Liaise with senior leadership for contract negotiations and terms.
- Timely Deliverables: Ensure prompt campaign rollouts and sample dispatches.
- Analytical Insights: Harness campaign feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Systematic Tracking: Implement a comprehensive campaign tracking and vetting system.
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage influencer campaigns from initiation to conclusion.
- Operational Coordination: Engage with Legal and Accounting for seamless execution.
Email Marketing Growth:
- Project Management: Oversee "Spilling The Tea" project, curating compelling stories.
- Innovate Initiatives: Drive subscriber growth through new strategies.
- Insightful Reporting: Deliver reports with valuable recommendations.
- Strategic Advertising: Optimize advertising with the Senior Manager of Paid Social.
- Segmentation & Execution: Manage email distribution, and implement A/B testing.
- Enhance Initiatives: Research to enhance effectiveness.
Team Collaboration
- Training Support: Offer guidance to peers for effective knowledge sharing.
- Stay Current: Monitor
- Active Participation: Contribute progress, insights, and ideas in marketing meetings.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate actively with other departments.
This Could Be You If:
- Partnership Skills: You possess a keen grasp of the types of pages, accounts, and influencers that align with our brand, and you are adept at negotiating contracts with them.
- Follow-Through: Your follow-through and follow-up skills are exceptional, and you keep your managers regularly updated on progress, ensuring closure on each completed task.
- Social Media Acumen: You have a deep understanding of all social media platforms, especially content strategy.
- Pro-active: When faced with challenges, you can effectively communicate issues, goals, needs, or problems to your managers. You proactively seek face-to-face meetings, approaching them with a constructive mindset and prepared with potential solutions.
- Experience: You possess 3+ years of full-time marketing experience, particularly focusing on consumer product brands. Experience with pop culture-centric products or the Toy and Game industry is a definite plus.
- Effective Communication: Proactively communicating the need for deadline extensions, seeking help with workload prioritization, or addressing any other factors affecting project timelines comes naturally to you.
- Optimization Mindset: Demonstrating the ability to analyze results and optimize strategies for improved outcomes continuously is your forte.
- Brand Passion: Your genuine love for pop culture, humor, and the Relatable brand is evident, and you are eager to elevate our brand presence and drive sales forward.
- Analytical Expertise: Your passion lies in being process-driven, and you thrive on conducting research, performing analysis, creating comprehensive reports, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills are second nature to you. You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, minimize errors, and consistently deliver all projects on time unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Collaboration: You are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of work quality, completing deliverables on time, and fostering effective communication with teammates and managers.
The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - 80,000.00 annually, plus eligible for an annual bonus based on performance; bonus prorated from the start date. This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors, including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
