Marketing Liason Jobs

This is an exciting time to join our growing team! We are seeking a highly energetic, innovative, and proactive MARKETING LIAISON. Our ideal candidate will regularly visit rehab facilities/community events to generate leads for our agency. To be successful, you must have a deep understanding of the sales process and its dynamics. You will need superb interpersonal skills, be committed to excellent customer service, focusing on outcomes, and ensuring accountability. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and will contribute to the organization’s growth.

Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong, long lasting and positive referral relationships with key decision makers by providing a strong and continuous presence
2. Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each account
3. Define and achieve agreed upon sales targets on a periodical basis
4. Meet with families upon receiving the referral to review services, sign consents, etc.
5. Provide visibility for our company and services by participating in community programs, health fairs, support groups and similar community engagement opportunities
6. Champion Centers Choice purpose and values by practicing empathy and inclusion
Education and Experience:
1. College degree preferred
2. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred expertise in the private pay home care/long-term care sector highly preferred 
3. Background in concierge industry a plus 
4. Ability to get creative and sustain relationships
5. Proven track record in sales and marketing with the ability to achieve revenue goals
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills
7. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
