Job description
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for devising and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote both Chery Equipment Group and Chery Industrial. Your primary focus will be on leveraging social media platforms and other digital channels to enhance our brand presence, engage potential customers, and drive sales growth. Job Responsibilities:
- Create well-defined marketing plans that align with the unique needs and goals of both Chery Equipment Group and Chery Industrial. Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Oversee and manage our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop engaging and shareable content, run targeted ad campaigns, and build a strong social media community.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to create compelling marketing content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and other visual assets to showcase our products, services, and industry expertise.
- Enhance and optimize the company website for user experience, search engine visibility, and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate promotions, and engage with existing customers.
- Implement branding initiatives that enhance brand recognition and reinforce our position as a reliable and reputable company in the market.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation efforts. Utilize data-driven insights to continually improve marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns to reach new audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with audiences.
- Proficiency in creating engaging marketing content across different mediums.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably within the industrial or equipment industry.
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary: $45,000-$48,000 per year
