Exposap is a rapidly growing startup specializing in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing. Our mission is to help businesses connect with their target audience in an authentic and effective way. As part of our commitment to nurturing new talent, we're seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to work remotely with our team. Although this is an unpaid internship, you'll gain invaluable experience and industry insights, with the potential for full-time employment at the end of the 3-6 month period.

Responsibilities:

As a Performance Marketing Intern, your tasks will include:

1. Lead generation, management, and cold emailing.
2. Managing digital marketing operations across various platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. This includes campaign setup and optimization, audience strategy, creator research, and creative briefing.
3. Regular reporting and monitoring of marketing channels.
4. Assisting in blog outlines, writing/generating content, backlinks, and publishing on WordPress.
5. Social media management and content ideation.

Requirements:

Suitable candidates should have:

1. A strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms and their usage for marketing.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
5. Basic familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS is beneficial but not mandatory.
6. Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
