Reporting to the Senior VP Sales & Marketing, the Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales for Inspirus’s SaaS-based technology platform.
In this role, you will work directly with the leaders of the Sales, Products, and Account Management departments to identify new and creative approaches to acquire new corporate clients, grow the existing user base, and launch new services/products.
🚀 About your next challenge - core job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage external relationships with vendors including website agency, PPC/ SEO/ ABM vendors, various freelance writers, and applicable Global marketing resources – Holding each to applicable performance metrics and SLA’s.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and performance evaluations of internal marketing staff.
- Create graphics and write compelling content for marketing collateral and support materials, including blog posts, infographics, case studies, white papers/reports, lead magnets, templates (PPT and Word), and client communications.
- Coach, manage, and delegate to Marketing Automation & Demand Generation Manager.
- Manage the marketing budget and track the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on the results of marketing campaigns to improve performance.
- Develop and manage a content strategy that includes blog posts, infographics, case studies, white papers, and other materials.
- Utilize innovative approaches across a variety of channels, including organic and paid search, SEO, account-based marketing (ABM), social media, web content, email, influencer, and referral marketing.
- Develop relevant high value content pieces every quarter, to generate buzz, web traffic, and drive leads.
- Create graphics and write compelling content for Customer Experience area, including quarterly business review PPT, annual customer satisfaction survey, special projects.
- Create graphics and write compelling content for sales and support materials, including core capes Sales presentation, pitch presentations (PPT), custom slides, custom graphics, one-page overviews for business and product, advertising campaigns for AMB, digital and traditional pubs, contribute to RFI and RFP solicitations (custom graphics, custom formatting), and trade show needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Work with local and national media to ensure PR and editorial coverage in both print and digital media.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Work closely with sales to develop and implement lead generation and nurturing programs.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

- 7+ years of proven track record of success in leading, developing and executing marketing strategies within assigned budget.
- Innovative and creative incorporation of new technology (notably Artificial Intelligence/ A.I.), tools, and vendors to support/ enhance achieving marketing objectives.
- Proficient with Hubspot, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Role is remote with candidates in Dallas/ Fort Worth area preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in professional, B2B marketing roles demonstrating wide-spanning responsibilities across traditional and digital advertising and marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to recognize trends (and stay ahead of them).
