We are looking to hire a critical member of our team who will be responsible for providing senior leadership with key information that will inform Peacock's enterprise partner strategy and scenario analysis.


This role will sit within Peacock’s Partner Marketing organization, a group which evaluates, manages and executes partnership opportunities. The team is looking for a manager who is proficient in managing and analyzing data, financially evaluating business opportunities and is experienced in presenting their findings into actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. The team is seeking someone with experience in financial modeling, as the role will be tasked with facilitating the greenlighting process of enterprise partnership execution.


This role will be highly cross functional, working closely with Decision Sciences, Forecasting, Finance & Marketing to ensure the right insights and intelligence is shared.


Day-to-Day


  • Identify and measure performance of partnership marketing tactics and identify solutions to improve partnership performance
  • Contribute real time analysis towards key meetings & department deliverables
  • Provide subscriber impact analysis for key partnership feature launches (e.g., discounted offers) & communicate impact to the business
  • Drive strategic assessments (including market & competitive analysis) and deliver critical analysis and recommendations for prospective partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with decisions science and finance teams to design third party analytics that drive business input
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain a bottoms up subscriber scenario analysis for enterprise & marketing deals
  • Stay up to date on all partnerships; communicate critical deal updates & performance implications to our business forecasting & finance teams
  • Lead basic partnerships subscriber growth and brand KPI reporting, providing recurring updates on pacing towards stretch targets to team leadership


Qualifications


  • Prior experience driving market sizing, market assessments & competitive benchmarking
  • Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, finance/strategy, direct-to-consumer subscription, investment banking or similar fields (streaming/media background preferred)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities
  • Proven ability to parse data into compelling presentations which drive actionable insights
  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills, including prior financial modeling/forecasting experience
  • Team player who enjoys both working independently and values being part of a unit

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and complex information, and present succinctly to executives and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong interest and/or experience in the media industry, specifically in streaming video
  • Passionate about the numbers, with a keen eye for detail, and puling insights from vast quantities of data


Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000
