We are looking for a Manager, Customer Strategy who will be an outstanding addition to the Bally Sports marketing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Strategy, this candidate will supervise the execution, testing, and derive insights for all ad-hoc and automated email, push and in-app marketing communications across the Bally Sports footprint. You will work cross-functionally with brand, growth, product, research, creative, MarTech, legal and partner teams. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys using data to fuel creativity to ultimately bring unique customer communications and experiences to life.
What you’ll do
- Conduct A/B testing to understand customer behavior and garner deeper insights.
- Manage and evolve the overall email, push, and in-app marketing strategy to ensure alignment with Bally Sports’ business objectives, goals, and priorities.
- Conduct competitor research around automated CRM programs and personalized marketing to stay current on industry trends and practices and make recommendations to improve the business.
- Accountable for tracking and measuring KPIs that ladder up to business goals, with ongoing efforts to continuously analyze data, identify trends, and implement optimizations within email, push, and in-app programs and share insights and recommendations.
- Expand and optimize personalization and segmentation strategies across all email, push, and in app touchpoints to increase engagement, revenue, and efficiency.
- Responsible for campaign set up, building segments, journeys, logic while working directly with external vendors on execution, deployment, and performance analysis.
What to bring
- Demonstrated success in executing lifecycle marketing strategies for a prominent DTC brand/ SVOD platform preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills, as well as an exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience working with CRM and push notification systems.
- Brings curiosity, dedication, and an overall center of excellence for the work that you oversee.
- Approximately 4-6 years of prior experience in a CRM related role

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Colorado and New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules as well as the NYC Salary Transparency Laws. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
