How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice*

The influencer team supports the company in driving brand awareness and social buzz. This role is central in supporting the Paula's Choice influencer team drive ongoing impact and building a strong community. When you join our influencer team you will be the foundation for the day-to-day running of creator campaigns for our paid social and retail marketing teams. You should be data driven, detail orientated, organized and forward thinking.

What a Typical Day May Look Like

• Assist in keeping cross functional teams updated on creator and campaign statuses through regularly updates of planning documents and contributing to status update meetings
• Understanding of the latest trends & culture to inform new types of content creation for both brand and influencer
• Assist in the development of well-defined creator briefs for new product launches and seasonal campaigns to ensure that creators deliver effective content
• Responsible for keeping influencer information up to date using our influencer relationship management tool
• Assist in campaign reporting & help provide actionable insights to drive teams work forward.
• Support admin & planning for gifting, events, and other initiatives to build brand love with our influencer community 
• Assist team in discovering new influencers for the brand in the line with campaign objectives & brand values
• Own your influencer relationships from top to bottom executing contracts, invoicing, and onboarding to ensure an exceptional experience with the brand
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
• Own the end-to-end coordination of content creators for our paid social and retail marketing teams, this could range from a retailer specific sale campaign to an acne focused brand campaign

• Relationship building
• Detail orientated, strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Data driven in approach to influencer marketing
• Ability to work independently & be proactive as well as collaborate with a team
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Knowledge

• Knowledge of DEI best practices
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, social trends, and analytics

Experience

• 1-2 years' experience in an influencer marketing role

The details:

• Location: Los Angeles area preferred
• Hours: PST hours with flexibility
• Physical requirements: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting & screen time
• Travel requirements: Up to10%

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:

$50,000 - $60,000 USD/annually

Paula's Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
