ABOUT THE JOB

A world-leading digital talent management agency is currently looking for a Influencer Talent Agent to work in their office in L.A.. In this role you'll be able to manage a varied roster of influencers & social-media creators. You'll be utilising your keen eye for proactively reach new talents within the influencer/social media space, in order to maximise opportunities for the company's success and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the efficient management of all talent's calendars and activities, ensuring a smooth administrations of all general tasks and duties.
• Negotiate new brand partnerships and sponsorships with new clients and businesses, ensuring high levels of customer service is always delivered.
• Providing support and growth strategies for the talent to support their career development.
• Building effective pitches to be used in a variety of presentations for clients and brands, ensuring collaborations with are clients and businesses.
• Proactively reach out and identify new Digital/Social talents to add to the agency's roster.
• Review and approve content to ensure its following the brief and brand guidelines.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• 3/4+ years’ experience in the digital/influencer/talent industries
• Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talents simultaneously
