The Opportunity:
I. Job Summary
The Manager, Business Intelligence will be responsible for the performance and effectiveness of the department by leading all the Analysts and Report Developers. The incumbent is responsible and is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of all Revenue Cycle KPIs and the how to manage them out of different host systems. This is a working Manager position that will utilize Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Radar, Cubes, Universes, Tableau, Crystal Reports and/or other programming, database and statistical applications to write and distribute the reports to the Business Intelligence Community.

III. Essential Job Functions
Responsible for the data mining, manipulation, and support of Analytics Reports.Ensure reports are generated and distributed within expected timeframes.Deliver a professional, customer focused and high performing service.Cultivate strong business relationships with end-users and other project stakeholders. Confers with clients and/or vendors to identify report requirements and determine how the desired results can be achievedTime management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.Ability to empathize with internal stakeholders to facilitate key decisions.Evidence of independent research, and analytical, problem solving skills.Drive to learn what company data needs are and what company has in place as it relates to data pipeline across backend systems. Knows how to translate that with what data feed we are able to gather from our clients and vendor to support all business units.Maintain and improve current methods of data analytics and data management.Develop and maintain professional credible relationships with key stakeholdersWorks closely with key stakeholders across legacy and commercial business lines.Epic Report Writer certification may be required and if necessary, must be completed within 6 months of requested date.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to exchange information, ideas, and answer inquiries.
Desired Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, planning, problem solving, technology, analytical, judgment and research skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, and internet.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects that are related to reporting and IT.
  • Knowledge of all of the Epic applications.
  • Experience with relational databases with proven SQL Experience
  • Expertise with Reporting Workbench, Radar, Cubes, Universes, Tableau, Crystal Reports, Clarity and other reporting tools
