- Create reporting for leadership review
- Special Projects – lead ad-hoc analytical projects concentrated on portfolio expansion and distributor performance
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic sales & distribution goals
- Develop key productivity indicator (KPI) tracking platform
- Track all major sales projects and initiatives
- Provide qualitative analytic support on projects requiring significant data analysis
- Develop scorecards and tracking mechanisms to support the field sales team
- Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
- Manage performance tracking for bonus proposes
- Develop goal tracking and business metric dashboards
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong business acumen in planning, analyzing, and market strategy
- 3-5 years of experience in CPG data analytics, preferably beverage
- Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Point, Power BI
- The right candidate will also be proficient and experienced with the following tools/programs:
- Creative and Self Starter
- Experience with supplier CPG data tools: VIP, KARMA, and other common CPG distribution reporting platforms
- Retail environment knowledge
- Proficient with Brand Tracking Platforms
- Financial, analytical, mathematical problem-solving skills
- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Understanding of beverage brand DSD three-tier route to market
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to think outside the box for nontraditional solutions
- Excellent presentation skills - both written & verbal
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Understanding of beverage brand route to market models
- Supply Chain planning experience
- Startup experience
