Overview A Leadership and Learning Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering leadership and learning programs to help organizations and individuals reach their goals. They are responsible for creating and implementing training programs, providing guidance and support to employees, and helping to create a culture of learning and development. Detailed Job Description A Leadership and Learning Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering leadership and learning programs to help organizations and individuals reach their goals. They are responsible for creating and implementing training programs, providing guidance and support to employees, and helping to create a culture of learning and development. They must be able to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them. They must be able to assess the needs of the organization and develop programs that meet those needs. They must be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and make adjustments as needed. They must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
• Ability to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to address them
• Knowledge of leadership and development theories and practices

• Knowledge of current trends in leadership and learning
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership and learning
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
• Knowledge of leadership and development theories and practices
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments as needed
• Knowledge of current trends in leadership and learning
