Hr Leadership Learning Coordinator Jobs

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Oversee the administration of the Docebo learning management system (LMS) to ensure that it is effectively utilized across the organization.

Manage vendor partnerships to create training resources that meet the needs of the company.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to training and development.

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather data requirements and ensure accuracy of data

Experience working with data used within Human Resources including time and payroll data, talent and employee demographics, and employee surveys

3+ years of experience in data reporting and analysis

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of data modeling concepts and methodologies

Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult learning theory and educational curriculum development.

5 years of relevant experience in training, education and/or delivery.

Facilitate site learning content, events, and development sessions to Manager+ population.

Partner with program manager and/or learning designer to advise on program sustainment.

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Education, Learning & Development, Business, Organizational Behavior or equivalent.

Experience in high growth retail organization a plus.

Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult learning theory and educational curriculum development.

5 years of relevant experience in training, education and/or delivery.

Facilitate site learning content, events, and development sessions to Manager+ population.

Partner with program manager and/or learning designer to advise on program sustainment.

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Education, Learning & Development, Business, Organizational Behavior or equivalent.

You are certified in or have an excellent understanding of Special Education

You possess a foundational knowledge of math through and including Algebra I

You are comfortable working with students both in-person and remotely

You've earned a Bachelor's Degree

You have a background in Psychology, Social Work, or Life Coaching (major bonus points!)

Familiarity with reading techniques such as the Linda Mood Bell and Orton Gillingham (major bonus points!)

Manage and execute a regular and frequent communication plan with parents

You are certified in or have an excellent understanding of Special Education

You possess a foundational knowledge of math through and including Algebra I

You are comfortable working with students both in-person and remotely

Work with students and their coaches on their learning plan

Help junior coaches create and prepare lessons

Knowledge of The Hartford's vendor and supply management processes a plus

Enter course, session, and participant information in the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage attendance

Technical Knowledge: Advanced MS Word, Excel (formulas, functions, macros & pivots), and PowerPoint; Workday Learning or other LMS experience a plus

Manage program costs, invoice payment and allocations

Work with vendor partners to manage training materials, versions, licenses and other contractual items. Ensure vendor adherence to contract terms.

5 years of coordination experience in a fast-paced decentralized training department or similar environment
