Job Description

Founded in 2002, our venture, Inspired Professionals, an IBM Business Partner, is on a mission for performance optimization in ways that make coaching and rotations historically affordable only for the Top 1% now available to everyone. We identify, negotiate, and close deals with the talent teams of Chief HR Officers so that our doctors can coach and rotate members of the Fortune 500 companies. Our work is enabled by innovations in technology. Today, we seek a top talented person for the role of Partner. We seek a sales expert to open a new office with 20 doctors, generating $12 million in annual revenue.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Ability to sell to C-suite executives
  • 10+ years in industry
  • Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills
