MV Transportation is seeking a Training Development Coordinator to support the Training Development team’s initiatives and programs.
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining content, managing/tracking training program enrollment, and running reports on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve employee questions related to training programs, workshops, and the LMS.
- Prepare, monitor, evaluate, and document training programs and workshops.
- Work with third-party vendors including contract and invoice processing.
- Create, assign, and track all training records and requirements in the LMS.
- Manage and maintain the user information and training content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Set up and manage user enrollments, scheduling, logistics, and notifications for all training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate, gather, and analyze data to create training reports.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of in-person training cohorts.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Talent Requirements:
- Knowledge of content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Open Sesame).
- Two (2)+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite including Teams, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and balance short-term/long-term needs using project management skills.
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and invoice processing.
- Three (3)+ years of experience using and supporting an LMS preferably SumTotal and Cornerstone.
- One (1) - two (2) years of experience in adult education, corporate training, leadership development, or facilitation.
