IQEQ is a preeminent service provider to the alternative asset industry. IQEQ works with managers in multiple capacities ranging from hedge fund, private equity fund, and mutual fund launches; private equity fund administration; advisory firm set-up, regulatory registration and infrastructure design; ongoing regulatory compliance (SEC, CFTC, and 40 Act); financial controls and operational support services; compliance and operational related projects and reviews; and outsourced CFO/controller and administration services to private equity fund investments – portfolio companies, real estate assets and energy assets. Position Summary
: To provide a pro-active and effective learning and development service to employees to meet their development needs whilst implementing the Global Learning and Development strategy and supporting the achievement of the Group's Strategic priorities.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Head of Talent in scoping training solutions for identified development needs, demonstrating creativity, a thorough learning knowledge and a commercial approach.
  • Deliver face to face workshops, coaching, 1 to 1 briefings, virtual training sessions adapting style, content, and approach to meet the needs of different groups, whilst still meeting the training objectives.
  • Design effective eLearning modules that engage learners in a creative way, helping them transfer new knowledge and skills into the workplace.
  • Lead specific training initiatives, working effectively with others to ensure their delivery meets defined deadlines and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships that enable effective training interventions to be designed, delivered, and evaluated.
  • Design face to face or virtual learning and development events that meet identified needs.
  • Provide coaching support to employees that help them apply new knowledge and skills effectively in the workplace.
  • Where required, offer ideas for creative solutions to training administration issues, utilize systems wherever relevant and minimize the resource requirement to complete administrative tasks on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively manage own development, encompassing both technical knowledge and soft skill requirements for role, undertaken in a way that role models the approach we would expect of others.

Qualifications
  • Open to travel within the US as needed, up to 25%
  • Knowledge of what makes an effective learning and development event (whether face to face, virtual or e-based) and how to design and deliver it.
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
  • Highly experienced learning and development professional with 7+ years’ experience, across all activities in the learning cycle (scoping, needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation) in technical, soft skills and leadership development.
  • Ability to adapt style and approach across the full range of face-to-face learning delivery mediums to meet the needs of the audience
  • Ability to design a range of learning events and programmes that cover technical, soft skills and leadership development
  • MBTI personality tool qualification (desired but not essential)
  • Proven ability building successful networks as well as relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the learning cycle, its constituent elements and how to implement effectively.
  • Highly competent communicator (both verbally and written) that displays flexibility, creativity, professionalism, and a positive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple activities concurrently

Additional Information


This is a hybrid role, however candidates must be local to either the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas or the New York City, New York area.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 based on skills and experience.
