Learning Administration Manager Jobs

Seeking a Learning Systems Operations Manager to oversee all learning administration activities for the client’s US employees and content owners. You will support all activities executed in Bloom EdCast LXP and SuccessFactors LMS.

You will:

• Interact frequently with Commercial Learning and Development (content owners, key stakeholders), Learning Teams within United States (content owners), other learning administrators within all areas of the company, global learning solutions team members and Global IT supporting learning systems and employees of the United States (as customers).
• Manage team of learning administrators to support employees and content owners in the United States
• Participate in defining US business unit specific requirements for system enhancements
• Ensure efficient, compliant operation of the company’s learning systems
• Participate in development and continuous improvement for business processes
• Be responsible for monitoring learning administration activities and ensure compliance to global procedures and standards and service levels.
• Manage support tickets generated by end user and content owners
• Generate reports and monitor training compliance and adherence to service levels
• Oversee routine learning operational activities (course creation, content testing, assessment creation, course assignment)
• Participate in audits and support all compliance requests.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 10 months (40 hours per week) with possible extension

Requirements:

• Ability to learn quickly
• Leadership development and coaching experience
• Strong LMS background including LMS administration experience
• SuccessFactors LMS experience
• Customer focused and has startup mentality
• Process oriented
• Ability to manage in ambiguous situations
• Project Management experience and experience managing teams
• Ability to coach others and work with diverse populations
