Job Title: Learning Administration
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 03 months
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $20/hour-$25/hour.

Job Title: Analyst, Learning Administration & Analytics
Duties:
Administer and maintain our FLEX Learn learning platform (Intellum LMS), ensuring that the system is up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.
Create and manage user accounts, enrollments, and training schedules within the LMS.
Provide support to LMS users, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist in resolving any user-related issues.
Manage the organization's training programs and coordinate with the Learning and Development team to ensure that training materials are uploaded, maintained, and updated within the LMS.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to training effectiveness, completion rates, and user engagement.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve the effectiveness of training programs and meet the organization's training needs.
Skills:
Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
Experience with learning content development tools such as Intellum Evolve, Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Ability to create custom reports in LMS and dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel or Tableau.
Experience with integrating the LMS with other systems such as HRIS or CMS.
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders who may be located in different time zones.
Experience working remotely or with remote teams.
Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and Smartsheet.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage their workload effectively.
