Role Overview


Fisker is looking for a high performing Vehicle Admin Supervisor, to join our growing North American team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the sales and delivery process for Fisker customers and internal stakeholders in their assigned region. This position is responsible for the training and supervision of the Vehicle Admin Coordinators assigned to their region. This includes but isn’t limited to ensuring that all customer required sales, finance, registration, delivery, and title paperwork and processes are completed and collected during the purchase process, while also assuring a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position will also work closely work with the Fisker Title & Registration department to ensure all DMV title and registration paperwork is processed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensures all funds have been collected and checks for accuracy to ensure that all information is complete.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Lead the Vehicle Admin customer relations process management by observing, installing, and training approved processes.
  • Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Effectively manage a team of up to 10+ Vehicle Admin Coordinators.
  • Ensure Coordinators understand and comply with all objectives, performance standards, and policies.
  • Work with the Vehicle Admin Manager to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and action plans for the Vehicle Admin Coordinators.
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and meet strict objectives.
  • Answer Coordinator questions regarding best practices.
  • Coach Admin Coordinators through challenging customer service issues.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and accurate.
  • Strong grasp on the company’s products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Hire, onboard and train Fisker Vehicle Admin Coordinators.
  • Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans by observations and conducting meetings.
  • Monitor process flow to ensure Admin Coordinators are meeting expected timeliness and customer volume to meet Fisker’s monthly and quarterly sales plan. Ability to make swift decisions where appropriate to ensure Fisker’s goals are obtained.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversees workflow and scheduling of the Vehicle Admin Coordinators in assigned regions.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders where required.
  • Work with other supervisors and management team members to support Coordinators and maximize customer satisfaction.


Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience


  • Creative, strategic thinker
  • Supervisor and or training experience preferred.
  • Able to effectively work with numerous departments and working styles and eager to develop a clear understanding of how to present and share information across the different teams.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and research skills.
  • The position requires office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key and the ability to accurately operate other office equipment.
  • Minimum 5+ years of administrative and/ or sales support in a professional office environment
  • Results and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and projects to closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Data Entry and Organization skills.
  • Previous ERP and/or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work well while multi-tasking in a high performance, fast paced team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Expected Salary Range: $37,100.00 - $103,350.00 a year.


Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.


Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.


The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
