Job Description

Sales Territory Will Be:

  • All cities south of Escondido
  • San Diego, CA
  • Escondido, CA

Physically located out of:

  • San Diego, CA

Required:

  • Type A personality "go-go-go"
  • 3+ years of sales experience in B2B and contract sales
  • Highly motivated and competitive

Plusses:

  • Salesforce
  • Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience in the trucking/transportation industry

:

  • Weekly Schedule: (flexible)
  • This candidates main priority is to bring in new lease contractual customers. They will be responsible for long-term contractual relationships with the customers, working hand in hand to develop the RAMS. They will bring in accounts and hold onto them for 90 days. After 90 days they get passed off to CDM who will handle the "farming" and "hugging".
  • They will be given a small book of business to start out with.
  • Tuesday - Thursday - traveling and building your territory/meetings, closing days, etc.
  • Customers in this territory they will be working with: Manufacturing, agriculture, food & beverage, transportation, etc.
  • Monday & Friday - administrative days

Selling Points:

  • Full mileage reimbursement
  • Hotel stays are expensed on their company card (can take prospects out to lunch)
  • Average commission range $60,000 - $90,000+
  • Year one commission range $40,000 - $60,000
  • UNCAPPED COMMISSION
  • Hotels during travel are expensed or put on company card
  • $50 phone allowance
