Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Data Analytics Instructor who will create and deliver an exceptional learning experience for students seeking to build a career in data analytics.

Our Lead Instructor will spearhead critical parts of our curriculum, helping thousands of students with no prior experience to build a career in data analytics. You will take full ownership of complete units of our curriculum, monitor student feedback, and run experiments to improve the student experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of our Data Analytics curriculum. To do this, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and feedback from students and mentors to improve the curriculum and overall learning experience.
• Designing quizzes, assessments, and projects to gauge student understanding and application of the course material.
• Developing and delivering high-quality live classes in data analytics.
• Creating and curating engaging self-learning content, including videos, practices, competitions, and more.
• Guiding mentors (School Masters) in teaching the curriculum in small groups.

Qualifications

We’re builders at heart and looking for someone who shares our entrepreneurial spirit.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analytics Instructor (Bootcamp or University).
• Highly proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Spreadsheets.
• Proven experience in creating a complete unit/course from scratch.
• Outstanding live teaching skills.
• 2+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent.
