Title: Lead Data Engineer

Location: United States – Remote

Salary: $150-$180k + Benefits


Overview

We have partnered with a cutting-edge company searching for a Lead Data Engineer to join their growing team. You will be joining a passionate, agile, and collaborative team. This company is passionate about work-life balance and comes with great PTO & benefits! You will be responsible for and take ownership of the design of the SQL-based solutions, perform unit and integration testing alongside collaborating with other teams within the organization, and mentor junior members of the team.


Lead Data Engineer – Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Spark and PySpark for processing and analyzing large volumes of data
  • Proficient experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, and strong documentation abilities to maintain clear and comprehensive records of data engineering processes and infrastructure
  • Strong experience with Python and SQL.
  • Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot data processing workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks for improved efficiency
