Description

At Intentsify, we build software to make intent data actionable for marketing and sales teams. Our services digest millions of web pages every day, extracting deep semantic information that helps our customers make sense of what their buyers are interested in, how competitors position their messaging, and what the main market trends are.

Intentsify is looking for a Data Analytics Manager that will play a pivotal role in our organization, turning our vast data resources into strategic insights that drive our mission forward. You will work closely with leadership, leading a team of 2-3 data analysts that perform in-depth analyses, synthesize insights, and partner with product and engineering on data-driven decision making. You will shape measurement strategies and KPIs, and implement a stable, comprehensive, and robust reporting system. You will also use programmatic and quantitative methods to identify patterns and relationships in large datasets and apply mathematical and statistical analysis to address intelligence questions.

Responsibilities

• Interface closely with data infrastructure, product, and engineering teams to build and extend cross platform ETL and reports generation framework
• Influence data strategies and the overall product roadmap by building efficient and scalable data solutions.
• Pull, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources using statistical methods, using tools such as Python and SQL.
• Lead the data analytics team to extract, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that deliver data to our customers
• Deliver analytical or research results to technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• [Bonus] You might have experience with PowerBI, Snowflake, Jupyter, Pandas.
• You have a solid understanding of data visualization principles.
• You have 2+ years of experience leading a team of Data Analysts with mixed levels of seniority, and 5+ years of experience in a strategic analytics development role using statistical methods
• You have experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using Python and complex SQL queries.
