5-7 years of proven HR experience (3+ with emphasis in Talen Management).

Identify mid-term organization needs and develop an effective Talent Management roadmap aligned with business mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.

Upgrade the Performance Management process and tools.

Creates & conducts certification for learners. Provides feedback and coaching as part of the learning experience.

Knowledge of medical reimbursement claims procedures, standards, and documentation requirements.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Own the design and deployment of a talent development program as part of the division’s leadership development offering

Provide technical solutions through knowledge of development trends, methodology and practices

Enhance the employee experience by creating engaging and accessible development solutions

Consulting skills including scooping, framing, diagnosing, and designing.

Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills

In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, leadership development methodologies, and organizational change management principles.

Talent Management: Oversee talent management, including professional development programs, employee retention, succession planning, and performance management.

Change Management: Support change management efforts related to talent development initiatives, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.

Teambuilding Activities: Coordinate and manage teambuilding activities to foster a collaborative work environment.

Recruitment Support: Manage internal departmental partnerships for hiring for all roles, with support from the coordinator.

Experience in implementing and measuring the effectiveness of talent and organizational development programs using data and metrics.

Manage and oversee the full-cycle recruitment including qualifying the requisition, sourcing, screening, selection, interview coordination management, and offer extension

Proven capabilities to recruit and manage the recruiting process for technical positions

Inform Hiring Managers of the nature of the candidate market. Develop creative solutions to hard-to-fill requisitions. Act as a strategic partner.

3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting

Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience in the AEC industry preferred

You will support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills.

You have at least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership

You have working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.

You are able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment

You will recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools.

You will conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content.

Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Prior field experience working in an expanded learning program desired.

Maintain and manage updates of existing program process documentation.

Manage all program calendars and communication including coordinating meetings and ensuring all necessary parties are invited and prepared.

Can manage multiple priorities and events concurrently.

Knowledge of HR and/ or talent acquisition processes, systems, tools, and metrics.

Assist in implementing talent and onboarding programs from development through evaluation for Cengage Group employees

Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems.

Collaborate with learning champions and technical leaders across the organization to assess current requirements, identify gaps and create learning solutions.

Administer learning programs, including planning, scheduling, communicating, and ensuring timely completion. This may include programs offered to non-employees.

Establish standards for record-keeping systems (LMS) to ensure compliance with quality requirements and increase accessibility to records.

Increase employee engagement through coaching with managers and employees regarding career development planning, goals and execution.

Experience with learning and development program design and implementation.

Matches participant's qualifications to requirements on employer job orders

Knowledge and experience in interviewing and employment counseling

Assist participant in going to training to develop employment skills

Monitors performance reports to ensure all services and data entry are entered timely and accurately

Assists program participants in developing job readiness skills

Bilingual skills in Russian or Spanish

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Strong project and program management skills

Prior experience designing, delivering, and measuring training for a multicultural global workforce in technology, enterprise data management, and/or omni-channel marketing required

Partners with digital/technical leaders and other key stakeholders to identify capability and critical skill requirements

Return to Work Designation: Two (2) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote at home

Knowledge and experience with different assessments such as MBTI or DiSC a plus

Knowledge of development and design of leadership development programs, instructional design, and management training programs

7-9 years Experience in Human Resources, training or leadership development and 5+ years experience in a leadership role leading high-performing teams

Strong communication skills, including demonstrated facilitation skills and consultative and collaboration skills with the ability to recommend and persuade audiences
