About the position: Community Engagement

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a vibrant and engaging online community on our Discord platform (and other selected platform solutions) fostering meaningful interactions among our members, and driving the overall success of our digital community. This is a part time and remote position.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy for our Discord platform, aligning it with Ultrisium's brand identity and strategic goals.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive community culture by enforcing community guidelines, encouraging respectful behavior, and addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise.
3. Proactively engage with members, initiating conversations, and facilitating discussions to encourage active participation and connection.
4. Organize and host community events, including live Q&A sessions, guest speaker appearances, and interactive activities, to foster engagement and create valuable experiences for our members.
5. Monitor community discussions, trends, and feedback, and provide regular reports to the executive team to inform decision-making and community improvements.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community activities and initiatives through various channels, including social media and email newsletters.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in online community management, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the Ultrisium Discord community.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
9. Analyze community metrics and engagement data to measure the success of community initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Continuously cultivate relationships with community members, influencers, and industry professionals to expand the network and enhance the value of the Ultrisium community.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
• Proven experience in community management, preferably in an online community or social media platform.
• Strong understanding of Discord and its features, as well as best practices for community engagement and moderation.
• Passion for building and nurturing online communities, with a genuine interest in supporting the growth and success of community members.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging community initiatives and events.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of Ultrisium's strategic vision and ability to align community activities with the overall business goals.
