We offer end-to-end specialty-specific solutions from practice management, through EMR to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) that maximize office interactions, patient visits, collections, and reimbursements.


Modernizing Medicine’s People team is looking for a Summer Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, or related fields. As a People Talent Management Intern, you’ll be a key member of our people team responsible for the growth, development and retention of our ModMed talent. You will collaborate between talent management, DEIB, talent acquisition, operations and communications as well as internal/external stakeholders to identify core people needs and translate them into clear deliverables.


Achieving this goal requires collaboration with other Centers of Excellence (COEs) across the People functionProduct Management, other stakeholders, UX researchers and designers, and developers to translate user and market needs, plan, design, and analyze product requirements in the form of: workflows, use cases/user stories, business processes, and technical requirements.

  • You are currently enrolled in a BA/BS or MS degree program in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related fields


The Role


  • Represent the people function in interactions across other functions in ModMed
  • Work collaboratively with the various Centers of Excellence (COE) across the people org to deliver key project
  • Assist people function with scoping and prioritizing key projects


Skills & Requirements


  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BS or MS degree program in Human Resources or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
