We are an early stage startup on a mission to help consumers with bad debt. Our B2B cloud-based SaaS product automates workflows, discount programs, and negotiations for customers who cannot pay. Role Description

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Founding Engineer, or Tech Co-Founder to join our team. This tech lead will be responsible for leading the development of our product. The CTO will also be responsible for managing the technical team, developing strategies for product development, and ensuring that our products are secure and reliable. This is a remote role.


Qualifications

  • Experience in building, leading and managing a technical team.
  • Startup experience - design sprints, iterating quickly, documenting development and new processes.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices. We will need to maintain HIPAA, SOC2 and ISO compliances.
  • Full-stack engineering experience. Current tech stack currently includes Elixir, but we are migrating to a new stack which is flexible.
  • Experience in developing and managing software products.


We are looking for a tech leader who is willing to commit time (not necessarily full-time) to building this product. This role is equity-based until we close a seed round or hit revenue targets. We have a waitlist and a pipeline of organizations excited about our solution. Compensation is negotiable, but will be equity-only initially.
