Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns to ensure high-quality code and maintainable solutions.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to industry standards.

Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

Lead the technical architecture and design decisions for the backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the backend development team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of leading experience with a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Strong proficiency in Python, java, or Node.js.

In-depth knowledge of backend frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Django, or Express.js.

Experience with MongoDB, postgresql databases and query optimization.

Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
