Your Opportunity:As an Agency Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our open positions. This recruiter must be a great culture fit who values the success of the team and who expresses and lives by values similar to those that we have prioritized.

What You'll Do:

• Qualify both hard and soft skills of potential candidates
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Adopt modern sourcing technologies (where & when appropriate) in your outreach including but not limited to automation, drip campaigns, saved google alerts, etc.
• Effectively negotiate employment compensation ensuring it aligns with market data requirements
• Articulate strengths and weaknesses of potential candidates to management to assist with decision making
• Source potential candidates on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Money motivated & growth mindset oriented
• Strong foundation knowledge on enterprise software teams, technologies, and implementation methodologies
• Superb verbal and electronic communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or Technology related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary + Commission
