POSITION DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the CEO and President, the Associate Recruiter will support the senior recruiting team with all aspects of its executive search process. This will include participating in search kick off calls, managing our internal system, authoring each position specification, preparing the search templates, sourcing and interviewing candidates, writing the Executive Summary for each submittal, formatting resumes for each submittal, preparing weekly progress reports, participating on weekly client status calls and ultimately conducting candidate reference calls. With support and training, the goal will be for this individual to transition into a full Recruiter role within 9 months.

The Company is headquartered in Winter Garden, FL. This person must have the ability to work part-time in the Winter Garden office as well as remotely. In the first 6 months, the expectation will be at least 4 days per week in the Winter Garden office.
Early critical areas of focus will be learning Thrive’s proprietary process and starting to take on some of the work flow. This individual will be successful in twelve months if s/he has successfully made the shift to a full-time Recruiter role and is generating revenue with little support from other company recruiters.
Specifically, follwing Thrive’s established protocol for searches, the candidate will provide support to the Senior Recruiter(s) for the following:
- Choose one or two industry focuses and work to build a reputation as the recruiting expert in those areas.
- Prepare all required templates for each search.
- Manage recruitment advertising to source active candidates (job seekers).
- Manage third party background checks and drug testing.
- Develop the search strategy and source candidates using both traditional and creative methods.
- Place only the highest caliber candidates working hard to ensure that the Firm’s 97% retention rate is maintained.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to Thrive standards and position requirements.
- Source passive candidates (those not in the market looking) by utilizing Thrive’s systems, leveraging social networks, and cold calling.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Establish close rapport with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Accurately format candidate’s resume (zero tolerance for mistakes); attention to detail is a strong requirement.
- Draft candidate Executive Summary
- Perform extensive research to gain a thorough understanding of each client’s business and industry landscape including competitors.
- Maintain tracking metrics/documentation and communicate daily with management.
- Draft position specifications together with the client.
- Conduct extensive phone and video interviews in order to assess each candidate’s match to the job spec including evaluating their skill sets, career history, educational background and compensation parameters.
- Prepare candidate information for submission to client.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
All candidates must have an exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence as well as strong technology skills.
Education/Experience Requirements
· Degree strongly preferred
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an in-house recruiting role
· Industrial, business services, healthcare or software-enabled industry experience preferred

LOCATION
Hybrid – Winter Garden, FL and remote.
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be market-based and competitive. It will consist of a base salary plus performance incentive bonuses.
