Job Summary


The Technical Service Delivery Manager, Cybersecurity, plays a critical role within our Cybersecurity Business Unit, responsible for technical oversight of professional service delivery across all cybersecurity domains. As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will lead a team of specialized experts, ensuring the successful execution of cybersecurity projects and engagements. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients can meet their specific cybersecurity requirements and address their unique challenges. Overall, your role will be instrumental in driving excellence in service delivery, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our consulting organization.


The Technical Service Delivery Manager, Cybersecurity reports to the Sr. Director of Security Operations Services at Stratascale.


This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities


  • Lead a team of technical experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional development and ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and industry frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) to guide clients in meeting their obligations.
  • Stay abreast of relevant industry certifications, maintain personal expertise, and encourage team members to pursue professional development opportunities.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and expertise within the team to meet project demands.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential obstacles or challenges to ensure successful project completion.
  • Drive quality assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and comply with relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing process enhancements, tools, and methodologies to optimize service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support proposal development, client presentations, and contribute to the growth and expansion of the cybersecurity services portfolio.
  • Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and point of escalation, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and security analysts, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.
  • Provide thought leadership and stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the cybersecurity field, sharing insights with the team and clients.
  • Plan and organize project activities, including task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and milestones, while continuously monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback, recognizing achievements, and identifying opportunities for skills enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific cybersecurity needs, assess risks, and develop tailored strategies and solutions to enhance their security posture.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of cybersecurity professional services across various domains, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and technical quality standards.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in managing and delivering cybersecurity services or projects, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Network security
  • 5+ years experience working with various cybersecurity technologies, tools, and methodologies such as:

  • Regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Cloud security

  • Position requires 25% of Travel


Additional Information


  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $190,000 - $215,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
