Recruiter (Ft)

Title: Recruiter/Jacksonville.

Reports to: Human Resources.

Salary: $35,ooo/yr. to $41,500/yr.

Job Purpose

A Recruiter’s primary role is to achieve staffing objectives based on Client’s needs and be responsible for the Full Recruiting Life Cycle of the recruiting process. This person is expected to be highly motivated and organized and to be able to perform their job independently of direct supervision. This position may require travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule calls and interviews.
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
• Assist in screening resumes.
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Coordinate drug tests and background checks.
• Conduct initial phone screens.
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews.
• Participate in recruiting events.

Requirements And Skills

• 1-2 years of proven work experience in an HR or Recruiting role.
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Good Judgment & Organizational Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Critical-thinking skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Tech-savvy.
• Strong in Excel, Word and Outlook.
