Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Sell our specialized recruitment approach to fill the mid-senior level positions that they do not have the time or resources to fill internally.
• Act as a consultant to both the candidate and the client to ensure a smooth hiring process including the negotiation of the job offer.
• Run a true 360 full-desk and have ownership of building out your own business!
• Source and attract top-quality candidates by using databases or social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
• Partner with financial institutions ranging from startups to Fortune 10 to identify technical openings in their business
• Collaborate with department hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
• Qualify candidates by conducting screening interviews and filter candidates for open executive-level positions.
