Junior Learning Associate Jobs

Representing borrowers and lenders in commercial loan, lease, and/or structured finance transactions

Drafting loan agreements, lease agreements, indentures, note purchase agreements, and/or offering documents for the above types of transactions

Representing lenders in workout transactions

Completing due diligence review of material agreements, organizational documents, and/or lien searches

Preparing corporate housekeeping documents, financing statements, and other ancillary documents needed for closing

Candidates must be members in good standing or eligible to waive into the California Bar.

Experience with Fintech, Blockchain, Crypto, Green/Cleantech, Agro, Real Estate, Renewables, etc.

Collaboration is a key part of the job, as are giving presentations and sharing information amongst peers.

Continuously collect and interprets data, such as company financial statements, price developments, currency adjustments, and yield fluctuations.

Basic working knowledge of learning management systems and their principles of operation

Assist the LMS Support Team in the maintenance of the global Learning Management System (LMS)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills and knowledge to clearly and concisely present information.

Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to plan, strategize, manage, monitor, schedule, critique, and problem-solve

Exhibit basic knowledge of the CRO/pharmaceutical industry

• Knowledge of corporate training and learning management systems is highly desired.

• Assist Training Managers in maintaining and updating the training calendar, training assignments, and course/curriculum management.

• Assessing trainers and customers in using the learning management system and resolving issues with its usage.

• Minimum 1 year of functional experience working in a customer-facing role and organization.

• Must have experience communicating with global customers both verbally and in writing.

• Must be a strong team player and have demonstrated collaboration skills.

Support administration and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS), as well as creation and maintenance of other software technologies

Manage program updates and scheduling of instructor-led training as needed

Superb communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Strong organizational, planning, and analytical/problem-solving skills

Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills

Two (2) years of Corporate or Hospitality experience

Admitted to practice in New York or Florida (or admission within the first year of employment)

Graduation from a toplaw school, preferably class of 2018 through 2022

Judicial clerkship, internship or courthouse experience preferred

Strong legal research and legal writing abilities

Strong computer skills, including Westlaw, Word, Excel, and Bloomberg

Demonstrated self-starter with strong references
