Job Description

PHD - Data Scientist/Machine Learning Developer - Python/Pyspark

Term: (1 year+)


The candidate needs to work on client w2.

Required:

  • 6 years Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or another highly quantitative discipline.
  • GitHub/GitLab
  • Python for data analysis and modeling (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, sklearn) Big datasets, with SQL and PySpark.
  • Building predictive models using machine learning, deep learning, simulation/process, and/or statistical models.
  • PhD Required
  • Learn new quantitative domains and modeling techniques.

Desired:

  • Deploying enterprise-grade packages and models into production pipelines and systems
  • Deep learning model (DNN, RNN, etc.) and framework (tensorflow, JAX, pytorch
  • Translating scientific models into code.
  • Desired agricultural science or agricultural datasets.
