Data Entry Jobs

• Prepare a variety of documents (e.g., presentations, reports, training/outreach materials, board correspondence) for internal and internal uses.
• Act as a team lead in monitoring and evaluating call center staff daily activities.
• Provide input to management in the design and implementation of program enhancements.
• Review research compiled by call center staff for quality assurance.
• Document client conversations, steps taken and call outcomes in a client database
• Collect, evaluate, and prepare reports on collected information regarding justice involved individuals.
• As necessary, confer with internal and external stakeholders in the coordination and implementation of program work efforts.
