Title: Accountant – Junior – Hiring on W2

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts(Hybrid model)

Duration : 12+ months contract

Majorly:

• Prepare, file and pay all Sales and Use Tax returns and payments for US divisions managing multiple / variable tax rates for localities.

Description:

• Research and make final taxability decisions related to use tax self-assessment.
• Research and determine the need for business licenses for all US locations (Stores and Non-Stores).
• Prepare, file and pay all Sales and Use Tax returns and payments for US divisions managing multiple / variable tax rates for localities.
• Research, notify business partners and resolve all notices received regarding business license fees or Sales and Use Tax Returns.

Required Skills:

• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Intermediate Accounting knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word and the ability to build moderately complex spreadsheets
