Sr. Property Accountant (Hybrid $120k/year + bonus)


An SEC Registered Investment Adviser manages private equity real estate investments and provides real estate services for domestic and international clients and is looking for a qualified Sr. Property Accountant responsible for assisting the Fund Controller for U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC in preparing quarterly and year-end Fund financial statements.

Responsibilities


  • Maintain/reconcile general ledgers and work papers.
  • Record journal entries.
  • Provide backup and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
  • Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends.


Requirements And Skills


  • Yardi experience is a plus
  • High proficiency in Excel software.
  • Must have at least three years of experience in real estate accounting.
  • BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
