• This is a hybrid work setup.
• This position offers a 10%-15% bonus target on top of your $100K base pay

About The Role

• Monitoring tenant accounts for overages/shortages and past-due amounts
• Processing the accounts payable and receivable
• Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger
• Processing monthly tenant billings and other miscellaneous bill backs

Requirements And Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field
• Bookkeeping certification and a previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping software
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
