Job Description
Our client is seeking a Jr. Project Engineer to join their team. As a Jr. Project Engineer, you will be assisting in the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within an area of assigned responsibility. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.


Job Title: Jr. Project Engineer


Location: Piqua, OH


Pay: $75,000 to $80,000 (dependent on experience level)


Key Responsibilities


  • Work with senior project engineer in the development of new methods to improve product quality and process efficiency.
  • Assist in identifying potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions
  • Assist in providing general support to the engineering department
Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in using Solidworks, Autocad. and an ERP system
  • 3+ years of experience in a project engineering (or related) type of role
