Job Description

The Business Project Manager (internally known as Customer Development) will create and deliver an unrivaled customer experience from onboarding through advocacy by collaborating with internal and external partners.


Summary: The Customer Development Representative is responsible for the onboarding of new customers within EASE’s systems to ensure a smooth introduction to our operations team as well as the monitoring of those new customers throughout their partnership with EASE. The Customer Development Representative will be responsible for participating in and leading customer solutions based projects related onboarding, business development and customer journey.


Essential Duties:

· Support Sales and Operations team by working with customers to ensure smooth introduction to EASE and transition from prospect to customer.

· Demonstrate commitment and engagement by participating in and leading customer onboarding process, projects, tasks, and activities that promote involvement across the company, and improve processes across the organization

· Operate as the liaison for Business Development with team members across various departments and at all levels of the organization, to outline, define and understand business and technical needs internally and externally

· Communicate effectively with customers

· Create, analyze, and communicate relevant reports to customers and internal partners

· Maintain project status, project schedules, resource hours, budgets, and expenditures

· Lead project meetings

· Assist project teams in planning, tracking and implementation

· Coordinating projects including leading team members, developing schedules, and task creation and management

· Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

· Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

· Assist in preparing technical and functional documentation

· Create, track, and process change requests and change orders

· Participate with developing solutions

· Coordinate implementations and go live of customer solutions
