  • Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday - Friday - Partially Remote

Responsibilites

As the project manager, you’ll manage the assigned program(s) to meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resources are assigned to meet program goals.
  • Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics.
  • Address and resolve project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
  • Manage the program and/or project by creating a detailed project plan, management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and government and commercial health plans.
  • Outline and develop scope to align in an approved statement of work or charter.
  • Recommend program budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.
  • Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to all stakeholders.
  • Manage and track issues, risks and decisions. Address and resolve issues to ensure the project remains on track.
  • Develop program goals and infrastructure to align with defined business strategy.
  • Develop metrics and indicators that can be used to determine project health.
  • Lead regular status meetings with teams.
  • Lead cross functional teams and ensure resources are assigned to meet tasks and deliverables.
  • Manage projects in a healthcare setting.
  • Manage and report against a project budget
  • PMP Certification.
  • Apply change management tools against the program/project scope.


Requirements

Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.


Additional Preferences

Additional Preferences:
  • 5+ years of client or partner management experience, preferred.
  • Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Strong experience in communications
  • PMBOK Certification strongly desired.
  • 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience in the healthcare, preferred.
