About The Role

The Project Manager role will play an instrumental part in RISCPoint’s continued growth. The Project Manager will work with project Executive Sponsors in developing, and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in the firm’s internal and external crown jewel initiatives. The Project Manager will interact with all aspects and levels of the firm, and will have a tremendous opportunity to transition into an operations managerial role in the future if desired.

• Remote role.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for oversight of a wide array of Internal initiatives and client facing Initiatives.

• Coordinate with the project owner to define tasks and due dates within the project and task management tool.
• Create standardized project management processes for Internal and external projects.
• Report to executives on overdue tasks on a periodic basis.
• Monitor, track, and ensure resolution of defined tasks In accordance of their due dates for Internal and external projects.
• Create, and manage project timelines for Internal and external projects based on milestones defined by project sponsors.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel assisting project owners complete tasks by defined due dates.
• Create and manage resource planning documents.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Other degrees will be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of successful project management experience.

Certifications

• PMP certification preferred.
