Position Name IT Business Systems Administrator

Introduction/Overview of Role

Provide system and user support for Data Warehouse and ERP System including all integrated processes, i.e.: POS, eCommerce, Reporting, Various API connected entities. Work with users at all levels to identify and resolve issues and provide solutions to new challenges as they arise.

Work with the internal IT department to evaluate and develop new initiatives to support the business.

This role necessitates an individual capable of diving in, getting involved in practical tasks, assisting wherever necessary, and acquiring new skills as needed.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy:

• Collaborating with a small team, learning new skills, taking initiative and being hands on.

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 annually

Core Job Responsibilities May Include the Following:

Data Analysis:

• Publishing and/or presenting design reports.
• Auditing database regularly to maintain quality.
• Identifying areas for improvement in current systems.

Data Warehouse:

• ETL Process utilizing SSIS.
• Understanding of APIs to extract and load data.
• Advanced SQL querying skills to include functions, stored procedures, views, and triggers.

Continuous Improvement:

• Documentation –Develop technical requirements documents to provide to vendors for software changes required by Innowave Marketing Group.
• Work with internal departments to understand their processes and customize, enhance, and configure systems accordingly.
• Requirements gathering.

Develop documents to be used internally by Innowave staff for systems and applications.

General Systems Knowledge:

• Understand how a POS works.
• Knowledge of general warehouse procedures.
• Understand how a WMS functions.
• Knowledge of ERP Systems.
• Knowledge of general point of sale procedures.

Support Additional Duties as Assigned:

• Provide timely and accurate progress reporting.
• Provide user support for day-to-day issues/questions/training.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a working knowledge of business processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Three to five years of relevant experience in the following areas:MSSQL dba.

NetSuite administration (or equivalent) a plus.TSQL querying, including creation of stored procedures, functions, triggers.SSRS development.API integrations experience preferred.Project Management experience leading enterprise-wide business application projects.

• Working experience using Visio for process flowcharting a plus.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, organize complex requests, and resolve issues creatively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Understands project governance, software development and testing life cycles.
• Celigo integrations/flow creation (or equivalent).
• PMP certification and/or certified scrum master a plus.
• Strong attention-to-detail.
• Working experience using Wrike for issue tracking a plus.
• Must be able to thrive in and adapt to an extremely fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Residency Requirements:

• Sponsorship is not available
• For remote roles, must be located in one of the 50 states of the United States or Washington DC
