Shutterfly LLC is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator 2 to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience working in a remote environment, and a passion for technology.
As a Senior Systems Administrator 2, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's systems infrastructure, ensuring that it runs efficiently, reliably, and securely. You will work closely with other members of the IT team to identify and implement improvements to the systems infrastructure and will be responsible for monitoring system performance and resolving issues as they arise.
What You'll Do Here:

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for Windows and Mac OS
• Monitor and respond to tickets on ServiceNow platform.
• Experience maintaining, deploying, and engineering product stacks.
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and maintain the company's systems infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the systems infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD, Infoblox, WIFI Technologies, and Proofpoint
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Understanding of Azure and including and not limited to Azure AD, IaaS, PaaS, Virtual Machines, AVD, AFS, automation, self-service deployment via terraform, Azure Dev OPS etc.
• Work closely with other members of the IT team to identify and implement improvements to the systems infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset management records.
• Implement and maintain systems security, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
• Experience with SolarWinds including and not limited to patching, re-engineering, also troubleshooting.
• Experience in Jira, confluence, and GitHub cloud and on-premises
• Monitor and maintain company's IT systems, including servers and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange
• Perform Active Directory management, create and manage user accounts, and permissions.
• Provide technical guidance to end-users and recommend solutions to technical issues.

The Skills You'll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in Office 365, Azure AD, On-Premises Active Directory systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Infoblox, Wi-Fi Technologies, and Proofpoint
• At least 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician
• Experience in MAC OS.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in Windows 10/11.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's in Information Technology or related field is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with Power Shell and other scripting technologies.

It is helpful, but not required to have:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
