- Serve as the technical lead for upgrades of third-party application to new version
- Assist with resource assignments (i.e. project work efforts, non-project work efforts, on-call support)
- Manage service requests (i.e. priority, coordination of tasks, reporting)
- Manage pager and support rotation schedule
- Perform change manager responsibilities
- Create team communication plan for status meetings
